Employee Salary & Benefits

Salaries of Employees
The salaries of the full-time union employees are negotiated and determined by collective bargaining agreements. The non-union employees consist of the town manager, department directors, two confidential executive assistants, a senior citizen coordinator, and a number of part-time and seasonal employees. The salaries of non-union employees are periodically reviewed by the town manager and adjusted by the Town Council through the adoption of resolutions.
