NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing by and before the Zoning Board of Review of the Town of Narragansett is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Narragansett Town Hall, 25 Fifth Avenue, to consider and act upon the following applications:
Appeal: Robbins, Plat N-S, Lot 251, 163 Col. John Gardner Road, of Notices of Violation of the Town’s zoning ordinances issued by the Zoning Official dated September 18, 2025, and November 21, 2025.

Nero, Plat N-R, Lot 283, 80 Onondega Road, for relief under Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Special Use Permit for Homes Exceeding Four Bedrooms (Section 12.23), a Special Use Permit for an Accessory Structure Over 16 Feet (Section 7.3) and Variances from Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4) to add a second floor to the existing rear yard garage and an associated right side second story deck with stairs at the above referenced property.
Martino, Plat S, Lot 108, 801 Ocean Road, for relief under Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Special Use Permit and Variance from the Coastal Resources Overlay District (Section 4.4), and Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4) to demolish the existing dwelling and shed and to construct a four-bedroom single-family dwelling with a covered front porch entryway with steps at the above referenced property.
Healey, Plat A, Lot 2, 129 Boston Neck Road, for relief under Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Variance and Special Use Permit from the Coastal Resources Overlay District (Section 4.4) to legalize the unpermitted construction of a cabana and patio at the above referenced property.
Oneil, Plat D, Lot 230, 112 Caswell Street, for relief under Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Variance from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4) to construct a covered front porch at the above referenced property.
Skybound Development, Plat O, Lot 72, 6 Lambert Street, for relief under Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Variance from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4(b)), a Special Use Permit for Nonconforming Uses and Structures (Section 9.1) and a Special Use Permit for Alterations to Nonconforming Structures and Uses (Section 10.1), to construct a second story addition above the existing structure to accommodate a dwelling unit and construct an attached addition to the northern side of the existing structure at the above referenced property.
