The Office of Tax collection is responsible for the billing, collecting, and processing of;

• Real Estate Taxes
• Sewer Assessment
• Sewer Lot Development Fees
• Utility Accounts (water and sewer)
• Municipal Lien Certificates

2023 Tax Sale

The 2023 Tax Sale is scheduled for October 5, 2023 in the Assembly Room

Disputes

If you are disputing your tax bill it must be kept current until a judgment is rendered in order to avoid penalities.

Interest

Late interest is charged if payment has not been received or postmarked on or before the last day of the collection month.

Dates to Remember for Taxes

• July 1 -31 The first quarter installment of taxes is due
• October 1 - 31 The second quarter installment of taxes is due
• January 1 - 31 The third quarter installment of taxes is due
• April 1 - 30 The fourth quarter installment of taxes is due

Dates to Remember for Utilities

• September 30th - Quarterly utility bill is due
• December 31st - Quarterly utility bill is due
• March 31st - Quarterly utility bill is due
• June 30th -  Quarterly utility bill is due

Dates to Remember for Sewer Lot Development Fee (SLDF)

• January 1-31 - The annual SLDF billings are due

• July 1-31 - The annual sewer assessment billings are due
