In an effort to provide the most up to date information for our residents, the Town of Narragansett has partnered with Everbridge notification systems to provide you with a user customizable system for notification during incidents.
You can choose which phone numbers, landline, cellular or even you work numbers are notified, in addition to text and email options. A preference is placed upon each of your contacts and you can choose which one you would like notified first or last.
In the event that Narragansett experiences an event where community notification is required the Everbridge system will send out a notification to your first choice of contact. If no response is received the system will continue down your preference list until it receives a response from you.
You can opt out of the system at any time, or change and arrange your contact options. There is even a section where you can be notified about community announcements, volunteer opportunities and other selections.
The key to this system is YOU!! Since it is entirely optional, you must register to be included in the system!! Please take the time to register today.
