Effective immediately
- Refuse tags must be adhered to all trash bags
- All bagged household trash must have a tag, will not be accepted as bulky waste (over the scale)
- Proof of residence will be required to buy tags, available at South Kingstown Town Hall and Rose Hill Transfer Station. $10 for 5
