During the Town's recent December (quarterly) utility billing, it was brought to our attention that a portion of the bills had been duplicated. If you have received a duplicate bill please disregard. Your account will not be charged double nor is the Town incurring any additional expenses. This error occurred in the print facility that is used by our vendor (Opal) and was not due to any error on the Town's behalf. Opal worked quickly to determine how the error occurred and is working with the print facility to have a check in place to prevent this from happening again.
