EFFECTIVE 1 MAY 2014
THE FOLLOWING FEE SCHEDULE IS IN EFFECT PER TOWN COUNCIL APPROVAL DATED 21 APRIL 2014
PLAN REVIEW FEES: New single family: $75.
New two family: $125.
New three family: $175.
Residential renovations/additions $50.
Commercial fees remain as per state plan review matrix.
RE-INSPECTION FEE IF FAILED TWICE $50.
NEW FEES: Tent permit (tent greater than 120sqft). $30.
Fireworks permit: $50.
(fireworks permit fee does not include the cost
of required fire fighter detail at time of show)
UNDERGROUND TANK REMOVAL: Residential $50.
Commercial combustible liquids: $100.
Commercial flammable liquids: $150.
MUNICIPAL FIRE ALARM: New masterbox connection: $250.*
*(additional fees may apply to distances over 100ft from existing circuit)
