The Industrial development standards Section 12.6, the Industrial Development performance standards, Section 12.7 and Site plan submission and review, Section 18.3 in Appendix A “Zoning” of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett are all proposed to be amended.
The Industrial Performance Commission has asked to be dissolved as their responsibilities have become obsolete over the years with the passage of stricter State of Rhode Island Fire Codes and Building Regulations. The proposed ordinance will remove all references to the Industrial Performance Commission.
A Public Hearing will be held on SEPTEMBER 16, 2013 @ 8:00 p.m., Town Council Chambers, Town Hall regarding the proposed changes for the Appendix A “Zoning” of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett.
