FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: Tree debris clean up and removal from Blizzard Nemo has begun. The Department will be cleaning up tree limbs/branches that have fallen within the right-of-way or were pushed there as a result of snow plowing.
The Department will ONLY pick up woody tree debris (NOT leaves or other material) from the right-of-way. Please do NOT place ANY material so that it obstructs sidewalks or travel lanes.
Clean up will continue until all town roads have been cleared of debris. Debris placed at the roadside AFTER the Department has cleaned the road, WILL NOT be picked up and IS the responsibility of the owner.
