The Narragansett Police are urging parents to use caution in allowing their children to go out on Halloween after dark. There are still the remnants from Hurricane Sandy including fallen trees and downed power line along the roadways and sidewalks. We experienced widespread power outages throughout town with some neighborhoods still without power. We are urging parents to exercise caution and common sense.
