Narragansett South Kingstown Senior Advisory Committee

The Narragansett-South Kingstown Senior Advisory Council is established for the purpose of information sharing and collaboration related to existing senior programs and essential services in both communities. The Council will also identify possible gaps in resources; and develop recommendations to foster streamlined service delivery to effectively meet the needs of the older adult population in South Kingstown and Narragansett.

The Senior Advisory Council is composed of the following members: One Town Council Member from Narragansett, One Town Council Member from South Kingstown, One Police/Fire Designee in Public Safety, Director of Parks & Recreation - Narragansett, Director of Parks & Recreation - South Kingstown, Two Medical Representatives, One Nurse Case Manager, One Representative from Southern RI Volunteers, One Representative of Tri-County Community Action, One Representative from URI Gerontology Program, One Representative from RI Geriatrics Education Program at URI, Two Senior Residents from Narragansett, Two Senior Residents from South Kingstown.


Each member will serve a three-year term for a maximum of two consecutive terms.
