The Town of Narragansett, RI., has hired Vision Appraisal Technology to complete its state-mandated revaluation program. The reassessment project will establish market value as of December 31st, 2011 and will be reflected in the tax bills issued in the summer of 2012.  The below links will assist you in understanding this process.
